Lesson 3 of 3 · 14 min
Your intuitive agreement and practice plan
You've done the work. Now let's make sure it doesn't just fade away when you close this course.
Your intuitive agreement
This isn't a contract you can fail. It's a set of commitments to yourself. A reminder of how you want to relate to your own inner knowing.
Here's an example. Use it as a starting point, then make it yours.
I agree to notice before I decide what something means.
I agree to pause when I feel rushed.
I agree to question my feelings without dismissing them.
I agree to ask myself first, before I ask everyone else.
I agree to use tarot and spiritual tools to support me, not to replace me.
I agree to be kind to myself when I get it wrong, and to learn from it.
I agree to keep listening.
Your future practice plan
Intuition, like anything, stays strong when you use it. So let's make a simple, realistic plan.
Not a big, ambitious routine you'll abandon in a week. Something small and sustainable.
- Daily: one tiny practice. A grounding minute. A one-card pull. A first-response check.
- Weekly: a slightly longer practice. Journaling. A tarot spread. Reviewing your intuition log.
- Monthly: a deeper check-in. The Activation practice. Updating your intuitive profile.
The 30-day journey
After this lesson, you'll move into the 30-Day Intuition Activation Journey. Each day has a short teaching, a practical activity and a reflection.
It's designed to help you put everything into practice, gently, day by day, so that it becomes part of how you live rather than something you once read.
A last word from me
You don't need to become someone completely different.
You don't need to be more spiritual, more psychic or more certain.
You're learning to hear yourself more clearly. To notice. To pause. To question without dismissing. To trust without being blind. And to act, even when you're not completely sure.
That's not a destination. It's a way of being with yourself. And you've already started.
Write, then go a little deeper
Write honestly about what's on your mind. You'll get a few personal reflection questions, shaped by the course, to help you notice what's underneath. They're prompts, not answers.
Take your time. Mark it complete when you've done the exercises.
