Lesson 3 of 3 · 12 min
Building intuitive confidence over time
Confidence doesn't arrive in a single moment. It builds. Slowly, through experience.
Every time you notice something, act on it, and reflect on what happened, you're laying another brick.
Collecting evidence
Remember your intuition log from Module 6? This is where it really pays off.
When you look back over weeks and months of entries, you start to see real evidence: times you trusted yourself and it was right, times you didn't and wished you had, times you learned something from a miss.
That evidence is much more convincing than any affirmation. It's proof, from your own life, that your inner sense is worth listening to.
Letting go of perfection
You're not going to get it right every time. Nobody does.
I'd much rather you be someone who listens, acts, and learns than someone who waits for perfection and never moves.
Accepting that mistakes happen isn't giving up. It's freeing yourself to actually try.
Holding your ground
As your confidence grows, you'll notice it gets a bit easier to hold your ground, to stick with what you feel even when someone disagrees.
That doesn't mean becoming stubborn. You can still listen to other people. You can still change your mind if you get new information. The difference is you change your mind because of information, not because of pressure.
Write, then go a little deeper
Write honestly about what's on your mind. You'll get a few personal reflection questions, shaped by the course, to help you notice what's underneath. They're prompts, not answers.
Take your time. Mark it complete when you've done the exercises.
