Module 6: Training Your Intuition

Lesson 2 of 3 · 13 min

Prediction games and testing yourself

Let's play. Seriously. Some of the best intuition practice is fun and a bit silly.

I want to be really clear before we start: these exercises are not about proving you're psychic. They're about noticing how your inner sense works, and building trust through evidence rather than hope.

Why test at all?

Because if you never check, you'll only ever remember the times you were right. That's how memory works. We forget the misses and treasure the hits.

Testing gives you a more honest picture. And an honest picture is far more useful than a flattering one.

That last question is the important one. Over time, many people find their correct hunches had a slightly different quality: quicker, quieter, more matter-of-fact. That's not universal, but it's worth looking for in yourself.

Intuitive journaling

This is where you record your intuitive hits, misses and maybes over time. It's one of the most powerful tools in this whole course.

Pattern tracking

After a few weeks of your log, read it back. Look for patterns.

  • Are you more accurate about people or situations?
  • Is your body more reliable than your thoughts?
  • Are you less accurate when you're tired, or when you really want something?
  • Do your hits tend to come quickly, or after you've slept on it?

This is your evidence base. This is what builds genuine, grounded self-trust.

Reflection Companion

Write, then go a little deeper

Write honestly about what's on your mind. You'll get a few personal reflection questions, shaped by the course, to help you notice what's underneath. They're prompts, not answers.

AI-powered. Your entry is only used to create the questions and is saved on this device.

Take your time. Mark it complete when you've done the exercises.
